Reduced Fee

By recognising how therapy cost may be an obstacle for seeking professional help to some people, limited ability to pay will not prevent a person from being offered therapy. Low cost fees may be discussed to accommodate specific personal needs.

Medicare and Insurance

The service is currently not covered by Medicare. However, this may not be an issue, because our current fee is less than the Medicare gap fee levied by many practitioners.

Secure Payment Option

Cash, Check, Bank transfer, PayPal and Credit cards are accepted for payment.

Payments are required at the time of session. If you chose online payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Money Transfere) please arrange payment before your scheduled time.

Phone counselling is required to be paid for prior the scheduled time only.

A receipt will be provided directly at the time of session or sent by mail/email.

Cancellation Policy

It is important and required that you give 24 hours notice of a cancellation or if you need to reschedule your session. Otherwise you may be required to pay the full cost of the session as booked.
